Randolph Smith

Randolph serves multiple roles at our company. He is the President and Broker of Record for our offices in Louisiana, North Carolina, and Arkansas, and was once one of the top-producing agents in Shreveport. Randolph Smith was born and raised in Shreveport, LA. After graduating from Loyola College Prep, he attended SMU in Dallas, where he earned a B.A. in economics. Randolph grew up around real estate and developed a passion for it at an early age. He is the 5th generation in his family to be actively involved in real estate in the Shreveport area mainly in ownership and operations. He received his real estate license in 2007, and initially practiced in Texas before relocating to Louisiana. There, he became a broker and formed RCM realty, a boutique brokerage he owned and operated for over eight years. Randolph is known for his honesty, strong work ethic, and - most importantly - results. He is a member of NAR, NWLAR, ERCC and POTC. In his free time, Randolph enjoys playing tennis, spending time with his dog, a boxer named Hans, watching his Dallas Mavericks and SMU Mustangs, and spending time on the family farms!
