Hi there. I'm Dakota, but also go by Cody. I currently live in Miami, FL but I am licensed in Colorado, Texas, and Florida. After years in the corporate world working with institutional capital, I've branched off on my own. I started Uncharted Homes, which is a an operator for investors to deploy capital into the SFR space. So, in my brokerage life, I primarily focus on working with small family offices but I do represent buyers and sellers from time to time. Happy to be here at Pinnacle!
